摘要
分析了有害元素如S,P,N,H,O,Cu,As,Sn等对高压锅炉管钢质量的影响。介绍了攀成钢公司采用在92吨超高功率电弧炉-LF炉-VD真空处理工艺,经浇铸工序生产高压锅炉管钢的工艺实践,并采取相应的质量控制技术措施。实践证明,此工艺路线能成功地生产高压锅炉管钢。
The paper describes the quality requirements for the high-boiler tube steel,and the effect of residual deleterions elements,such as S,P,N,H,O,Cu,As,Sn on the steel properties as well as the control of the elements. The route of producing high-boiler tube steel was made in PanChengGang, and the high-boiler tube steel can be produced with the production process of EAF-LF-VD-Casting.
