为了优化产品结构、提高生产效益、满足市场对高质量热轧带钢的需求,莱钢于2004年投资建造1500mm热轧带钢生产线。该生产线是一套国内自主设计生产的全自动化热连轧生产线,介绍了该生产线的生产工艺流程、机械设备参数、TDC控制系统,以及调试和生产情况。生产线采用当前最流行的配置形式,拥有诸如液压AGC自动厚度控制功能、板形自动控制功能、卷取机助卷辊AJC自动踏步控制功能,以及L2级设定数学模型、热卷箱自动控制系统等多个复杂先进的控制系统和控制功能。现场使用结果表明,该生产线机械设备可靠、控制系统精度高,产品质量达到或超过国内同类产品水平。

In order to optimize products structure, improve production efficiency and meet the market need for high quality strip, 1 500mm hot strip line was built by Laigang in 2004. The hot strip line is a set of fully automatic hot strip mill designed and manufactured by ourselves. Producing techniques, mechanical equipments, TDC（technology and drives control） control system , commissioning and production situation were introduced. The AGC（automatic gauge control）system, strip shape control functions, coiler wrapping roll AJC （automatic jump control）system, level2 setup mathematic models , hot coil box control system and other control system and control functions are applied in the hot strip line. equipments are reliable, control precisions are very good and the similar line in China.
