摘要
简要分析了单相特定次谐波抑制型混合电力滤波器的工作原理、系统结构和控制方法,设计和搭建了硬件实验平台,介绍了基于DSP的数字控制系统、基于MAX125的A/D采样电路以及逆变电路的硬件结构,针对IGBT驱动模块EXB841在使用中易出现的问题设计了外围电路。使用C语言编写了实验程序,介绍了软件设计流程。最后通过实验证明该系统较理想地实现了预期目标,具有良好的滤波性能。
The working principle, system configuration and control methods of the single phase hybrid power filter for specific harmonic suppression are analysed briefly in the paper. Also, the hardware experimental flat is designed and built. Meanwhile, the digital control system based on DSP, the A/D sampling circuits on basis of MAX225 and the hardware configuration of inverter circuits are introduced. The improved circuit aimed at the disadvantages of EXB842, which is the driving module of IGBT, is designed. Then, C language is used to compile the experimental procedure. Furthermore, the software design flow is introduced. Finally, this system is testified. It achieves the expectant goals ideally and has excellent filtering capability.
