摘要
根据光通信耦合器件发展的趋势,研制了一种新型玻璃,依靠液体表面张力的作用,首次采用槽沉法来制备球透镜,得到了理想的效果。并且对光学玻璃和球透镜的光谱透过率以及球透镜的衍射焦斑强度分布和耦合效率进行研究,研究结果表明,该光学玻璃和球透镜的折射率分别为1.5198和1.5190,光谱透过率都大于90%;伴随着通光孔径的增加,球透镜的衍射焦斑强度分布增大,衍射的强度减小;直径为0.8mm的球透镜最大耦合效率为62.5%。
According to the developmental trend of coupling devices in the optical communications, a new style optical glass is developed and ball lenses can be fabricated using the sagging method depending on the liquid interfacial forces. Researches on the refractive indexes and the spectral transmissive indexes of the optical glass and ball lenses and the light intensity distribution and Coupling Efficiency(CE) of ball lenses indicate: the refractive indexes of the optical glass and ball lenses individually are 1.5198 and 1.5190, both of their spectral transmissive indexes are greater than 90%; The light intensity distribution of ball lenses diffraction facula is increasing and light intensity is decreasing during increasing the beam aperture and the maximum coupling efficiency is 62.5 %.
