摘要
目的探讨3D-FIESTA序列在内听道和内耳膜迷路的MR成像技术及临床应用。方法对12例疑有内耳和内听道疾病应用3D-FIESTA序列两侧耳同时扫描,采用多平面重建(MPR)、最大强度投影(MIP)和内窥镜技术进行图像后处理,观察3D-FIESTA序列对内听道和内耳膜迷路解剖结构及病变的显示。结果3D-FIESTA序列扫描结合多种计算机后处理技术对内听道内血管及神经和内耳膜迷路显示清晰,能够清晰显示病变与周围结构的关系。结论3D-FIESTA序列对内听道和内耳膜迷路的病变显示有其独到之处,具有很高的临床应用价值。
Objective TO study the technical and clinical application of MRI of internal auditory canal and inner ear membranous labyrinth by means of 3D-FIESTA Sequence. Methods The study was performed on 3D-FIESTA Sequence. Fourteen patients with suspected inner ear diseases underwent MR imaging in internal auditory canal and inner ear membranous labyrinth and post-processing by maximum intensity projection(MIP) and multi-planar reconstruction(MPR) and MR virtual endoscopy (MRVE), after conventional MR Scans. Results Scan combined with post-procession using 3D-FIESTA Sequence could precisely show labyrinth, nerves and vessels in internal auditory canal and inner ear membranous labyrinth, as well as the relationship between lesions and structures and lesions around. Conclusion 3D-FIESTA Sequence can precisely show structures and lesions in the internal auditory canal and inner ear membranous labyrinth, therefore it is of high value in clinical application.
