Rho GTPases与肿瘤生长和转移 被引量:1

摘要 Rho GTPases通过各种信号途径影响肿瘤细胞的恶性转型、肿瘤细胞无限增殖以及肿瘤血管生成,从而与肿瘤生长密切相关。Rho GTPases参与肿瘤细胞的移动,Rho GTPases中Rac/Tiam1、Rho/Rock、Rac/Cdc42/PAK、IQGAP和Rho/NFκB等信号通路在肿瘤侵袭和转移中起着重要作用。
