摘要
目的分析嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌的临床感染因素及其耐药性分布,有效地防止其感染和合理地指导临床用药。方法采用法国生物梅里埃VTTEK32全自动细菌分析系统(VTTEK-AMS)对77株嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌进行鉴定和手工药物分析。结果77株嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌对多种抗生素耐药,但对替卡西林/棒酸、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、复方新诺明、环丙沙星的耐药性较低。而且,宿主因素和医源性因素与嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌的临床感染密切相关。结论嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌呈现多重耐药性,且感染率有所增加,临床上应对嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌的耐药性高度重视,以减少其感染的机会。
Objective To analyse the drug resistance of the Stenotrophomonas maltophilia and the cause of the clinical infection in order to prevent effectually infection and guide rational drug using in clinic. Methods 77 strains of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia were identified and carried on manual pharmaceutical analysis with the index of the V'Iq'EK system. Results 77 strains of the Stenotrophomonas maltophilia showed multi-drug resistant to polyantibiotic, hut the resistant ratios of tiearcillin- clavulanic acid, cefoperazone-sulbactam, SMZ-TMP, ciprofloxacin were lower. Moreover, host factor and iatrogenic factor were associated with the clinical infection of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia, Conclusions Stenotrophomonas maltophilia are multi-drug resistant with increasing of the infectious rate. The drug resistance of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia should be thought highly of in clinic for decreasing the chance of infection.
