无溶剂型不饱和环氧树脂绝缘漆的制备与性能 被引量:5

摘要 采用分子设计方法,将不饱和双键引入环氧树脂中合成了不饱和环氧树脂,并以苯乙烯为稀释剂制备了无溶剂型绝缘漆。通过与同类的环氧树脂-酸酐型绝缘漆对比研究,发现不饱和环氧树脂绝缘漆保留了环氧树脂良好的绝缘性能,有效地延长了环氧树脂的储存期,提高了绝缘漆的粘接性能和耐热性能。 Unsaturated epoxy resins were synthesis by inducing vinyl into epoxy molecules via molecular design, and the solventless unsaturated epoxy insulating varnish was prepared with styrene as thinner. By comparing with the same kind of solventless epoxy anhydride insulating varnish, it is found that the former retains the insulation properties of epoxy, improves the storage stability, increases the adhesion strength and thermal stability. It provides a new route to develop high performance solventless varnish based on epoxy resin.
