摘要
通过聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸酯与环氧甲基丙烯酸酯共混得到基体树脂,再添加可见光引发剂、交联单体等制成可见光固化胶粘剂,再向胶粘剂中加入无机填料制成可见光固化复合树脂。考察了各组分对胶粘剂光固化时间和剪切强度的影响,以及填料含量对复合树脂压缩强度的影响。通过正交实验获得了可见光固化胶粘剂及复合树脂的较佳配比。
The matrix resin was prepared with blending of polyurethane methylacrylate and epoxy methacrylic resin.Visible light-curing adhesive was made through adding photinitiator and active diluent etc. into the matrix resin, By adding inorganic filler to the adhesive, visible light-curing composite resin was prepared, The effects of adhesive' s gradients on curing time and shear strength were investigated. The influences of filler content on compressive strength was also discussed. The better formulation of visible light-curing adhesive and composite resin were obtained through orthogonal experiment.
