摘要
分析了ＺＤ６型电动转辙机存在的问题及与世界先进水平相比较的差距；研制了一套电动转辙机可靠性试验设备及其自动监控系统；采用逻辑诊断与故障树分析方法建立了ＺＤ６型电动转辙机的故障树，并通过试验揭示了它的薄弱环节及其原因，提出了提高既有线电动转辙机的技术性能与可靠性的技术关键．
analysis of the problems existing in ZD6 electric switcher and its disparity compared with world advanced level,develops a set of reliability-test equipment of electric switcher and its automatic monitor system;through logical diagnosis and methods of Fault Tree Analysis (FTA),establishs the fault tree of ZD6 electric ;through test,discovers its vulnerable spots and their causes, and puts forward the technical crux of developing the function and reliability of the existing electric switcher.
