Study on Single-Phase Resonant Invertor Using MOSFET

给出一种用于中频感应加热装置的ＭＯＳＦＥＴ逆变电源．在ＭＯＳＦＥＴ的控制信号方面，提出了一种新的控制方法，即正弦波控制法，它能够自动地产生‘死区时间’，对于避免同桥壁上、下管子直通有可靠的保护作用．文中详细叙述了装置主电路和控制电路的原理，并给出了试验波形．

Gives an invertor consisting of MOSFET for medium-frequence induction heating device,and provides a new control method for MOSFET, that is 'sine control' which can produce a dead-zone time to prevent the direct conducting of two MOSFET in a same phase. The princibles of main acircuit and control circuit are discribed in detail and some testing waves are given.
