摘要
研制了制造高速重载齿轮的长短齿磨前滚刀.使用该滚刀可使切削更加平稳,降低切削力约30%,滚切效率和刀具使用寿命均比同类普通滚刀提高一倍左右,并降低了齿根处表面粗糙度,提高了轮齿抗弯曲疲劳强度和抗冲击动载的能力.
A pre-grinding hob with high and short teeth is developed in order to manufaCture high-speed and heavy-duty gears. This kind of hob enables cutting process to be more stable and decreases cutting force by about 30%. It raises holbing effidency and tool ide by 100% than that of ordinary hobs. The hob reduces the roughness of the surface at the tooth of root and increases the bending fatigue strength and the ability to resist compact load of the gear.
