为改善涡轮增压器与内燃机的匹配性能，研制了一套根据涡轮增压器转速控制预旋器角度的控制器．阐述了其工作原理和软、硬件设计．由于采用微型计算机进行数字化控制，使系统的静动态性能满足了预旋器控制的要求．

A prerevolver rotation controller by rotating speed control of turbosupercharger is produced, in order to improve the cooperative of the turbosupercharger and diesel. The action principle and software, hardware design are stated too. Depending on the dated controlling with computer,the system staticdynamic behaviour has satisfied the requirements of prerevolver controller.
