提出一种有限元分析中刚度阵组集的并行算法，该算法为完全导步算法，适合于紧耦合式和松散耦合式MIMD型并行机。经分析，该算法具有较理想的加速比。

A parallel algorithm for the assembly of stiffness matrix in FE analysis is proposed. This algorithm is absolutely asynchronous, and is suitable for both tightly-coupled andloosely-coupled MIMD computer systems, Analysis showes the speed-up of the algorithm is almost linear.
