摘要
考核是绩效管理中非常重要的环节,定性指标的量化又是其中的难点。AFT作为一种综合全面的考核方法,主要是解决组织绩效考核过程中定性指标多、考核排序难度大的问题。实际上,AFT是三种方法的综合运用:AHP法(层次分析)确定各项考核指标的权重;Fuzzy法(模糊数学)对定性评价结果进行量化处理;TOPSIS法(逼近于理想解)进行评价结果的规范化和排序。
Evaluation is of great importance in performance management with the quantification of qualitative index as its difficulty. AFT (AHP, Fuzzy and TOPSIS) is a comprehensive way to solve the problem that so many qualitative indexes are involved and there lies the difficulty in priority when performance evaluation is organized. In fact, AFT is a combined application of three methods: the Analytic Hierarchy Processes (AHP) to determine the relative weights of the checking factors; the Fuzzy mathematical method to process the qualitative results quantitatively; and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) to sort and standardize the evaluation results.
