摘要
以提高环境质量评价的空间信息处理与查询功能为目的,以MapInfo7.0地理信息系统为开发平台,并结合VB6.0编程软件、Excel-2003数据库系统,将环境信息与地理图件有机的联系起来。通过界面友好的管理信息系统来实现环境信息数据的输入、处理、结果输出等功能,使环境质量更形象、更直观地反映出来,为区城环境治理、决策提供有利的帮助和依据。
The main purpose to enhance the ability of dealing with the information of environmental quality assessment and enhance enquiries function. Through MapInfo 6.0 GIS platform for the development and integration of VB6.0 programming software, Access 2003 database system, make the integration of environmental information and geographic maps more better link. Through friendly interface for information management information system data entry, processing, exporting results, and other functions, the quality of the environment more vividly and visual rlected in the district town environmental governance, deeision-making and to help to provide a more favomable basis.
