循证医学的核心是一种利用现有最好证据进行医学决策的观念模式。本文将这种观念定义为一种价值观———“循证价值观”,并从“循证价值观”产生的价值关系、元哲学和社会观念基础,揭示其本质内涵,倡导“循证价值观”的中国化。

The core of Evidence-based medicine is a concept mode that one should take advantage of best evidences to make medical decision. This paper defined such a concept as evidencebased value. This paper attached importance to expounding the value-relation, primary philosophy and social conception foundation of the evidence-based value. This paper summarized the essence of such value and advocated assimilating it as Chinese native value.
