摘要 通过对绩效评价回顾性研究,根据绩效评价的相关概念,结合乡镇卫生院的功能定位,构建中心乡镇卫生院绩效评价体系,并提出建立与之相适应的政策性框架。 Through the retrospective research on performance assessment, according to relevant concepts of performance assessment, build the Township Central Clinic performance assessment system, and propose to establish appropriate policy framework.
