摘要
文章从理论上探讨了以人为本管理思想的内涵和本质特征,结合民营科技企业中企业文化建设的现状、特点和发展前景,分析了在民营科技企业中应用以人为本管理思想的必要性,并对民营科技企业中应用以人为本的管理思想进行深入研究。
Culture is productivity. Corporate culture has attributes of both management and culture, The human- oriented approach, the core of the theory and practice of corporate culture, represents its advanced developing trends and plays an important role in modern management. The culture must be combined with management, institutions, and human nature to make certain that the staff members are well - equipped and the corporation has a sharp edge in the highly competitive market. Based on the investigation into the status quo, features, and prospects of the corporate culture of private- owned scientific and technological enterprises, this paper explores the contents and characteristics of human -oriented approach, pointing out the necessity of incorporating the approach into corporate culture.
