摘要
大学是人生成长和发展的关键时期,大一是关键时期的关键。因为生活、学习、人际交往等环境发生了重大变化,部分新生表现出对大学有诸多不适应,“郁闷”成为一种常见的心理现象。本文在深入调查了解的基础上,对新生因入学适应不良而产生的“郁闷”现象进行分析,并对如何加强自我调适,消除“郁闷”为大学新生提出建议。
College life is a key phrase in a student's growth, and the first year at college is the most crucial period. Because of tremendous changes in their llfe, study, and social interactions, some freshmen are experiencing maladjustments and feel de pressed, Based on thorough investigations into this phenomenon, the paper analyzes the causes of college freshmen's mental state, and suggests they learn to adjust themselves and eliminate the depression.
