摘要
以离子液体[bmim]BF4为介质,通过芳香醛(1)、麦氏酸(2)和5,5-二甲基-1,3-环己二酮(3)的3组分反应,采用一锅法制得了一系列4-芳基-7,7-二甲基-5-氧代-3,4,5,6,7,8-六氢香豆素(4).该方法反应条件温和,操作简便,产物易分离,产率高,环境友好,且反应介质离子液体可方便地回收并重复使用.
4- Aryl- 7, 7- dimethyl- 5 - oxo- 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8- hexahydroeoumarins were synthesized through condensation of the three component aldehyde, Meldrum's acid and 5,5- dimethyl-1, 3- cyclohexanedione using ionic liquid [bmim][BF4] as an green medium. The method presented here has the advantages of mild condition, simple operation, easy isolation, high yield and environmental benignity. Moreover, the ionic liquid can be easily recycled and reused for several runs efficiently.
