基于虚拟仪器技术的智能铝箔TV特性测试仪

摘要 针对原铝箔TV特性测试仪功能单一、扩展性差的问题,提出了一种采用模块化设计思想,利用虚拟仪器开发软件LabWin-dows/CVI为开发平台,设计了系统的整体结构,确定系统的硬件组成和软件实现的功能,实现了具有超强实时数据采集和处理能力的多功能测试仪。结果表明该仪器可满足铝箔TV特性测试分析任务多样化的要求,具有高度的灵活性和扩展性。 Since the functions of existing TV characteristics tester of aluminum foil are not rich enough and the tester does not offer good expandability, a modularization design concept is proposed. By using virtual instrument development software LabWindows/CVI as developing platform, overall system structure is designed, and hardware configuration and software implementation are determined. Thus muhifunctional tester with super powerful real time data acquisition and processing functions is fulfilled. The results show that the instrument meets various demands for aluminum foil TV characteristics test and analysis, and offers high flexibility and expandability.
