摘要
基于矩形连铸坯结晶器内坯壳的收缩特性,建立了矩形连铸坯结晶器内壁的理想纵剖面曲线和理想锥度曲线的设计计算公式,这些设计计算公式明确地反映了浇注钢种、拉坯速度和冷却条件的影响,且形式简单、应用方便。用这些公式为某厂设计的154.5mm×152.5mm结晶器,拉坯速度达到了3.1m/min,超过了设计要求的2.7m/min。
On the basis of the shrinkage characteristics of solidified shell in rectangular billet mold, the design and calculation formulae about the ideal longitudinal profile curves and ideal taper curves of the rectangular billet mold for continuous casting were obtained, which clearly embodied the effects of solidified shell shrinkage, steel grade, casting speed and cooling condition, and were simple in form and convenience in application. The mold with size of 154.5min× 152.5mm is designed with these formulae for a Steel Works, and the maximal casting speed of the mold is 3. 1m/min, which exceeds the desired value of 2.7m/min.
