基于构件的产品配置模型和实现方法研究

Research on the Product Configuration Modeling and Implementation Method Based on Component

针对大批量定制环境下产品配置存在的问题,提出了构件的概念及特性。采用面向对象方法,描述了构件的属性、域、约束、方法、实例以及它们之间的关系,建立了树形结构的产品模型;利用参数映射模型,实现了客户需求描述到客户需求参数之间的转换,以此为基础,提出了产品配置流程及实现方法。给出了一个自吸泵产品的配置实例。

The conception and characteristics of component were introduced aiming at the product configuration problem in mass customization. The property, domain, constraint, method, example and the relationship of component were described by adopting object-oriented method,and a tree-structured product model was set up. By using parameter mapping model, the transformation from customer demand description to customer demand parameter was realized. Based on this, the process of product configuration and implementation method was put forward. Finally,the product configuration example for self-priming pump was given.
