科学决策的准则及大型水电工程模糊决策专家系统

The Criteria of Scientific Decision and Research on Fuzzy Decision Expert System of the Large Scale Hydropower Project

检验决策是否科学的标准,只能是实践,即:只能在决策实施之后才能检验。为了保证决策过程的科学性,本文提出了科学决策的九项准则。文中针对大型水电工程的基本特点,模拟专家决策的思维过程,建立了大型水电工程模糊决策专家系统,并且介绍了系统的功能和优缺点。

In order to guarantee the scienceness of the decision making process, nine criteria of scientific decision are put forward in this paper. According to the characteristics of the large scale hydropower project, simulating the process of thinking of expert decision making, sets up fuzzy decision expert system of the large scale hydropower project. Functions and some merits and demerits of the system are described.
