摘要
介绍了一种基于射频(RF)技术的发电机转子温度检测装置。利用RF的无线通讯功能,很好地解决了电机转子温度检测中旋转状态下信号的传输问题。对检测装置的元器件选择、硬件电路设计、软件设计等作了详细说明。针对电机结构的特点和检测设备的特殊工作环境,提出了该设备的安装方法。通过试验证明了该装置在转子温度检测中的可行性。
A temperature measure device for generator rotor, which was based on RF technology, was presented. This device made good use of the wireless transmittability of RF and solved the information transmitting as the rotor is rolling. The choice of components and the design of software and hardware were explained. Aimed at the structure characteristics of generator and the special operate environment, showed the installation method. The feasibility of temperature measure device had been proved by experiment.
