反相高效液相色谱同时测定动物营养液中脂溶性维生素A、D_3和E 被引量:7

Simultaneous Determination of Fat-soluble Vitamin A,D_(3) and E in Nutrient Solution for Animals by Reversed Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要 建立了反相高效液相色谱法同时测定动物营养液中脂溶性维生素A、D3和E的方法。采用ZORBAX SB-C18柱(150×2.1mm,5μm),以异丙醇-水(65:35,V/V)为流动相,流速0.3mL/min,在325nm、265nm和290nm三波长下测定。结果表明:该方法的回收率为:VA94.0%~102.0%;VD3 90.9%~99.6%;VE88.6%~92.3%。RSD(n=6)分别为:VA,1.09%;VD3,1.42%;VE,1.23%。检出限为:VA,0.31ng;VD3,0.71ng;VE,0.82ng。 A reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic method for the simultaneous determination of fat soluble vitamins in nutrient solution for animals was developed. A ZORBAX SB- C18 column(150×2. 1 mm,5μm)was used for separation with isopropanol-water (65: 35) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelengths of vitamin A, D3 and E were at 325 nm, 265 nm and 290 nm, respectively. The results showed that the recoveries and relative standard deviations of vitamin A,D3 and E were 88.6%-102. 0% and 1.09%-1.42%, respectively. The detection limits were 0.31 ng for VA , 0.71 ng for VD3 and 0.82 ng for VE,respcctively.
