体外循环下PDA缝合术47例临床分析

47 Cases of PDA Operation under Extracorporeal Circulation

目的探讨在体外循环下PDA（动脉导管末闭）的手术治疗方式及术中注意事项．方法总结分析47例PDA外科手术治疗和围术期处理的完整资料．结果46例患者手术成功，死亡1例，无喉返神经损伤、栓塞、灌注肺等并发症．结论手术方式的正确选择及体外循环认真仔细的管理是手术成功的关键．

Objective Probing into the way of PDA（ artery catheter unshutted） operation under extracorporeal circulation and the items in the operation. Methods To analyze complete data for 47 examples for＂PDA＂ surgical operation and the disposal in keeping operation period. Results The plaster type and in fundibular type catheters for 16 examples were ligatured by 10 # silk suture, the sides near the aorta for 8 examples were stitched by 10# silk suture, the sides near the lung artery were ligatured, there are 7 examples which were compressively ligatured by putting pad roll above the catheter, after fracture in the operation two fracture sides were respectively stitched for 1 example splenectomy in the same period; Suture shutting the lung artery mouth of catheter associated with other heart disease for 11 examples. There are not complicated symptom such as injury of recurrent nerve, embolism, perfusion lung etc. Conclusion The correct choice of operation way and careful management of extracorporeal circulation is the key of operation success.
