摘要
采用随机区组和正交试验设计，对蓝靛果芽体组织培养技术进行了系统研究．结果表明：外植体以冬眠枝条经水培后萌发的嫩枝茎段为最好；最佳消毒方法为0．1％HgCl2消毒6min；最佳培养基为MS＋6-BA（1．0mg／L）＋IBA（0．2mg／L）．
Using the experiment design of random and orthogonal tests, technique of tissue culture of Lonicera edulis＇ shoot were studied. The results are shown： The best explant is the delicate shoot after Winter; The best disinfect method is 0.1% HgCl2, disinfect time is 6 minutes; The best culture medium is MS ＋ 6 - BA （1.0 mg/L） ＋ IBA（0.2 mg/L）.
