微生物发酵制备油脂的研究

Research on production of lipids by microbial fermentation

综述了国内外微生物油脂发展和研究的现状,分析了碳源、氮源、温度、pH值、培养时间、通气量等对菌体生长及油脂积累的影响,阐述了微生物油脂生产工艺中的一些关键环节,包括菌体的预处理、微生物油脂的提取、微生物油脂的精炼和分析等,展望了微生物油脂未来的发展方向和在生物柴油制备中的应用前景。

The history and development situation of the research on microbial lipids were reviewed, and the effects of carbon source,nitrogen source,temperature,pH value,culture time and aeration on producing lipid were introduced. In addition, some key process in the lipid producting technology were explained, including the pretreatment of microorganism, extracting of microbial lipid, refining of microbial lipid, analyzing of microbial lipid and so on. Meanwhile, the prospect of microbial lipid in future and application of microbial lipid in preparation of biodiesel were proposed.
