不同剂量腺苷对大鼠自发活动的影响

摘要 目的:观察不同剂量腺苷对大鼠自发活动的影响。方法:大鼠分为实验组(分别腹腔注射1、5、10 mg/kg腺苷)和对照组(腹腔注射相同体积的NS);用开场实验分析大鼠自发活动的改变。结果:实验组腹腔注射腺苷后可引起自发活动总路程与中央活动路程减少(P<0.05),休息时间增加(P<0.05);随着腺苷剂量的增加(1、5、10 mg/kg),其自发活动总路程逐渐减少(P<0.05),休息时间逐渐延长(P<0.05),而中央活动路程无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:腺苷可引起大鼠自发活动的减少,但腺苷是否可致大鼠行为性抑郁还需进一步验证。 Objective: To investigate the effect of different dosage of adenosine on locomotion activity in rats. Methods: The test group was intraperitoneally administrated by different dosage of adenosine(1, 5, 10 mg/kg), the control group was injected the same volume of NS. The locomotion activity was tested by open field test. Results: In the test group, the total distance and the central distance of rats was decreased by adenosine(P 〈0.05), and the rest time was increased(P 〈 0.05). The total distance of rats gradually decreased(P 〈 0.05)and the rest time gradually increased(P 〈 0.05)with the increase of adenosine, but the central distance had no change( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: Adenosine can decrease locomotion activity in rats. But it must be further research if adenosine can cause behavior depression.
