RF-Ⅱ椎弓根系统复位内固定、椎管减压、椎体间植骨融合治疗腰椎滑脱症

Treatment of Lumbar Spondylolisthesis with Reduction and Internal Fixation of RF-Ⅱ Pedicle Screw Spinal System and Spinal Canal Decompression and Bone Graft Fusion between Vertebra

目的:探讨RF-Ⅱ椎弓根系统复位内固定、椎管减压、椎体间植骨融合治疗腰椎滑脱症的疗效。方法:对27例腰椎滑脱症患者采用RF-Ⅱ椎弓根系统进行复位内固定、椎管减压、椎体间植骨融合联合手术治疗,并进行疗效评定。结果:本组优17例,良8例,可2例。本组椎体间植骨均融合良好,复位无丢失,内固定未见松动、断裂。结论:采用RF-Ⅱ椎弓根系统复位内固定、椎管减压、椎体间植骨融合术治疗腰椎滑脱症,植骨融合率高,是一种治疗腰椎滑脱症较为理想的术式。

Objective： To evaluate the therapeutic effect of treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis with reduction and internal fixation of RF- Ⅱ pedicle screw spinal system and spinal canal decompression and bone graft fusion between vertebra. Methods： Twenty-seven cases of lumbar spondylolisthesis were included in the study. Results： Seventeen cases were excellent, good in 8 cases, fair in 2 cases. All the patients were followed up over 6 months postoperatively. The spinal fusions were good, the internal fixations were not loose and rupture. Conclusion： Treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis with reduction and internal fixation of RF-Ⅱ pedicle screw spinal system and spinal canal decompression and bone graft fusion between vertebra are satisfactory therapeutic effect and high fusion rate. It is a perfect operation in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis.
