细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导因子与肿瘤生长转移关系的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导因子(EMMPRIN)是一种广泛存在于肿瘤细胞的单次跨膜糖蛋白。它在肿瘤的生长、肿瘤血管的增生、以及肿瘤的浸润和转移过程中发挥重要作用。本文就EMMPRIN的结构、调控及其与肿瘤的关系作一综述。
