小儿肺炎合并心力衰竭的护理体会

Nursing experience of the young child pneumonia merge heart failure.

目的：探讨规范流程在小儿肺炎合并心力衰竭（心衰）护理中的应用。方法：选择2003年1月-2006年7月住院的肺炎合并心力衰竭患儿105例，分成两组，对照组是传统诊疗护理模式工作，观察组按制定的工作流程、护理计划实施护理工作。结果：观察组从患儿入院到接受专业化治疗的时间、平均住院日、住院费用、心衰纠正时间均优于对照组。结论：优化流程应用于肺炎合并心衰可以形成高效快捷的急救路径，提高医护人员急救水平，减少平均住院日，降低医疗费用。
