摘要
以Tsai-Wu强度准则的二阶表现形式为基础,提出了一种计算三维编织复合材料矩形截面梁纵向拉伸强度的理论方法.该方法把三维编织复合材料看作横观各向同性材料,从而在确定Tsai-Wu强度准则的各阶强度张量系数时可以进行简化,使Tsai-Wu强度准则能较好地应用于三维编织复合材料的强度计算.通过理论计算与实验结果也验证了这结论.
A theoretic method is proposed to calculate the portrait draw strength of 3D-Braided composite rectangle section beam, based on the second-rank expression for Tsai-Wu criteria. In this method, the 3D-Braided composites are regarded as traverse isotropy materials; thereby the tensor coefficients of every rank in Tsai-Wu rule can be decided by predigesting. So Tsai-Wu rule can be applied for the strength calculation of 3D-Braided composites. The comparison between the theoretic calculation and test result validate this conclusion.
