摘要
通过计算自位轴承在3MN径向静载作用下外座圈的理论比压,确定了模拟试验的载荷;采用应变测量、位移测量和试验前后试样厚度测量等三种方法,评价了自位轴承外座圈代用材料ZQSn10-1的径向承载能力。模拟试验在WE-100型拉压材料试验机上进行。试验结果表明:在0.08MN径向静载作用下,试样处在弹性范围内,即使载荷达0.12MN,也未发现塑性变形,由此判断自位轴承的磷青铜外座圈在3MN径向静载试验载荷作用下是安全的,模拟试验为设计实物的径向静载试验提供了依据。试验方法符合国外有关标准。
Bassed on calculation of theoretical pressure on the race of self-aligning under 3MN radial static load,the load of simulating test was determined. The radial load capacity of the race made of bronze is evaluated by measurements of strain,displacement and sample thickness. The simulating test was conducted with direct stress machine WE100. The test results state that sample's strain is within elastic deformation under 0. 08MN radial static load and the plastic deformation of sample has not been formed even the test load reached 0. 12 MN, The bronze race of selfaligning is safe under 3MN radial static load. The simulating test provides references for designing the self-aligning test under radial static load and the methods of simulating test are in accord with some foreign standards.
