摘要
甘薯糖蛋白是一类具有重要生理和药理活性作用的功能活性成分。主要针对甘薯糖蛋白的提取纯化、理化性质和分子结构作概要论述,并提出今后的发展方向。
Sweet potato glycoprotein is a kind of functional active component which has important physiological and pharmacological activities. This article reviewed the latest research on configuration, the physics and chemistry quality, its developing direction has been put forward.
