摘要
以灵芝、银杏叶及绿茶为原料,研究其浸提液及复合饮料的生产工艺,确定了关键工序的工艺参数,研制出一种营养丰富的天然功能性保健饮料。
The paper studied on production technology of compound juice that contained green tea, gingko leaf and glossy ganoderma. Technology parameters of process were ascertained and a composition of nutritive health drink was found.
