摘要
目的探讨食管癌手术对患者机体免疫功能的影响。方法50例食管癌患者,术前3d天和术后14d抽取患者外周静脉血,用生物素-亲和素法检测T淋巴细胞亚群变化。结果术后14dCD3+、CD4+及自然杀伤细胞(NK)水平明显增加,CD8+明显下降,CD4+/CD8+比值显著增高(P<0·05)。结论手术可以改善食管癌患者机体的细胞免疫功能。
Objective To study the changes and relationships between T lymphocyte subgroup and operation of esophageal carcinoma. Methods the serum CD3^＋ 、CD4^＋ ,NK and CD8 ^＋ level were detected by Biotin - avidin method in 50 cases with esophageal carcinoma 3 d and 14 d respectively before and after operation. Results The CD3^＋ ,CD4^＋、NK level and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ were markedly increased,but CD8^＋ level was markedly decreased （P 〈0.05） 14 day after operation in esophageal carcinoma. Conclusions Operation in esophageal carcinoma can improve patients＇ cell immune function.
