摘要
目的 观察顺铂和替加氟联合放疗治疗食管癌的临床疗效及其毒副反应。方法 2003年1月至2006年2月对60例食管癌患者采取顺铂20mg·m^-2·d，替加氟750mg·m^-2·d，连用5天。序贯放疗60～70Gy／6-7周。结果 60例患者中，CR24例，PR18例，SD9例，PD9例，RR（CR＋PR）为70．0％，主要毒副作用为骨髓抑制、恶心呕吐.肝肾功损害及口腔炎、静脉炎等较轻。结论 顺铂和替加氟联合放疗治疗食管癌疗效好，耐受性好值得推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the efficiency and toxicity of cisplatin and tegafur with radiotherapy in the treatment of esophageal carcinoma. Methods From January 2003 to february 2006,60 patient with esophageal squamous cell cancer were enrolled in study. Cisplatin 20 mg/m^2/d,tegafur 750 mg/m^2/d,d1 -5,every 3 weeks for 1 cycle, after more than 2 cycle, radiotherapy 60 -70Gy/6 -7 weeks. Results All eligible patiets were assessed for response,and CR 24 cases, PR 18 例 ,SD 9 cases,PD 9 cases,the total effective rate （ CR ＋ PR） is 70. 0% ,Toxicity was mainly relate to neutropenia,digestive toxicity. Other toxicity seldom occur. Conclusions Cisplatin and tegafur with radiotherapy represents a well - tolerate active palliative regimen for patients with esophageal carcinoma.
