The building of the socialist harmonious society is a new ruling principle and a great strategic task put forward by the Party in the new historical period. It involves a lot of aspects, among which ideological and political education really counts and is one of the most effective ways as well. So the ideological education, political education and moral education must be strengthened, in order to realize the function of ideological and political education, and to build a harmonious society.
