摘要
随着国家财政体制改革的不断深入，国库集中支付制度也在全国范围推广实施。本文着重分析了传统的财政支付制度的弊端以及实行国库集中支付制度的重要意义和建议。
With the rapid development of China＇s financial and system reform, treasury centralized paying system Are wildly used in the whole country. This article mainly analyses the abuse of traditional financial paying system, and explained the significance and advice of carry out the treasury centralized paying system.
