政府信息公开中的隐私权主体可以分成国家机关工作人员、公众人物和普通公民等三种类型。政府信息公开中对隐私权的管理具有公权与私权冲突和交叉、隐私权的行政性和多种法律的协调性等特征。政府信息公开中对隐私权的管理应采取原则考量、积极立法、创建自律规范和技术保护等措施。

The main body of private right in the opening of government information includes three types： government staff, public personage and ordinary citizen.
