摘要
在理论分析、行为事件访谈等的基础上编制了中学教师的工作行为自我评价问卷,并对江西省不同地区各层次学校的中学教师进行施测,探索了中学教师核心能力素质结构。结果表明一个优秀中学教师所必须拥有的核心能力素质可从人际沟通和影响力、成就导向、培养他人、个性特征、自我控制、专业化导向六个方面来描述。
On the basis of theoretical analysis and interview on behaviour accidents, we compiled the self questionnaire about the work of the middle school teachers and examined the teachers of various levels of middle schools in the different areas of Jiangxi province by the questionnaire so as to explore the core competence of the middle school teachers. The results show that a middle school teacher~ core competence can be described form the perspectives of interpersonal communication and influence power, achievement guide, fostering others, personality character, self control and professional guide.
