摘要
激励机智的实质是通过一定的激发和鼓励,催人奋进。它是取得最佳领导效能的前提与条件。结合分宜中学的实际做法,从思想激励、信任机制、目标机制、物质激励、关爱激励等方面总结和探讨了如何建立学校管理中的教师激励机制。
The essence of encouragement is to make people move forward and make progress by stimulation and encouragement. It is the precondition and condition for achieving the best leading efficiency. This paper explores how to establish the encouragement mechanism for teachers in teh school management from the perspectives of ideological encouragement, trust crisis, goal mechanism, material encouragement and care encouragement.
