摘要
国际化组织建设关系到企业跨国能力的培养,是中国企业进入国际化管理决策阶段必须倍加关注的主题。应从国际化组织结构、企业国际化、人才及组织协同等方面选择国际化组织结构,培养中小企业跨国能力。
Building an international organization relates to cultivating transnational capabilities of our SMEs （small and medium-sized enterprises）, and it is a theme to which Chinese needs to pay more attentions. We should choose international organization structure so as to foster and multinational ability of SMEs from several aspects： international organization structure, and internationalizing, talent, organization of coordination of enterprises.
