20世纪末以来,企业外在竞争环境的突变推动了企业竞争优势要素的改变,为供应链管理思想的形成提供了现实依据。供应链思想是集成的管理思想,是物流的一体化管理思想。目前供应链绩效评价方面存在不足,可从供应链运营、管理及运营管理效果三个方面建立供应链成熟度测评体系,及时反映整个供应链体系的运营及管理水平,为迅速掌握供应链发展状况提供依据。

Since the twentieth century, the sudden change of the external competitive environment of the enterprises has promoted the change of key elements in enterprise competitiveness, which provides realistic evidence for the occurrence of management mentality of supply chain. The mentality of supply chain is a eompositive one, as well as an integrated management of logistics. Aiming at solving the inadequacy existing in the achievement and effect of the assessment, the assessment system constructed based on three aspects： operation of the supply, management chain and efficiency of operating management, has provided evidence for a rapid grasping of the development of the supply chain.
