Progress in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B with Telbivudine

摘要 核苷类药物能有效地抑制乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）的复制，已经得到人们的共识。然而随着时间的延长耐药性变异的问题也日益突出。人们期望新疗法和新药物的问世，能进一步提高临床的治疗效果和减少耐药。目前替比夫定的出现就为治疗慢性乙型肝炎提供了新的选择。
