颞骨内段面神经的影像学检查技术研究进展

The advances in imaging technique of the intratemporal facial nerve

随着医学影像学技术的发展,颞骨内段面神经的影像学检查及显示技术有了长足进展。笔者综述了传统X线检查、HRCT检查及MR成像显示面神经管(facial nerve canal,FNC)及面神经的各种技术,探讨各种方法的优势及缺陷。联合应用HRCT及MR成像技术可更好地显示面神经病变。

With the development of medical imaging, the imaging methord of the intratemporal facial nerve had changed dramatically. The author reviewd all the teclmiques such as conventional radiography, high-resoh, tion computed tomography （HRCT） and magnetic resonance imaging （Mill） that demonstrated the FNC and facial nerve. Advantages and shortconings were discussed. HRCT in combined with Mill can well demonstrated the facial nerve diseases.
