Analysis of the Heating Performances of the Tunnel Kiln Burning Different Kinds of Fuels -Giving a Description of the Economy of the kiln Burning Generation Gas and Liquid Petroleum Gas Simultaneously

本文分析了陶瓷隧道窑使用煤、重油、柴油、煤气烧成产品的热工性能及使用发生炉煤气与液化石油气的经济性。指出各地区要根据自己燃料资源的现状及产品结构，合理地选择和使用燃料。生产日用细瓷的厂家，要实现优质、高产、节约能源，保护环境之目的，应选用柴油及洁净的气体燃料。

he heating performances of the ceramics tunnel kiln burning coal,heavy oil,diesel oil,gas to fire ceramic product and the economy of the kiln burning generation gas and liquid petroleum gas were analysed in the paper.It is pointed out that every district should reasonably select and utilizefuel according to the present situation of the fuel resource of its own and the product structure.In order to attain the purpose of high quality,high production,saving on energy resources and protecting environment,the manufactures producing chinawares should select and use diesel oil and clean gas as fuel.
